How do I verify my email address?
After registration, we send a verification email to your inbox. Click the link in that email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. You can also request a new verification email from the verification page.
What payment methods are accepted?
Kenyan users (phone starting with +254) pay via M-Pesa STK Push — you'll receive a prompt on your phone. International users pay via PayPal. The method is automatically selected based on your registered country.
How are confidence scores calculated?
Each prediction model produces a confidence score (0–100%) based on data quality, historical model accuracy, and input completeness. A higher score means the model has stronger evidence supporting the prediction. Scores below 70% should be treated with extra caution.
Is my identity really anonymous in chat?
Yes. The chat is architecturally anonymous — experts see your messages as "Anonymous User". Your name, email, and phone are never stored or displayed in the chat thread. Even our administrators cannot link a specific chat message to your identity through the chat interface.
Can I download my prediction results?
Yes. Every completed model generates a downloadable PDF report. Go to Customer Dashboard → My Results to view and download all your past reports.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send a reset link (valid for 1 hour). Note: your email must be verified first. Admin accounts can only be reset by the SuperAdmin.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final. Refunds are only issued if a verified technical error prevented you from accessing a model you paid for. Contact us within 7 days with your payment receipt.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Customer Dashboard → Profile → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. You'll need to enter your password to confirm. Deletion is permanent and all data is removed within 30 days.
What is a package subscription and how does it work?
A package subscription (Monthly Pro or Annual Elite) gives you unlimited access to all prediction models for the duration of your plan — no per-model payments needed. After a successful payment via M-Pesa or PayPal, your package activates instantly and you can run any model without additional charges. You can view and manage your subscription from Dashboard → Packages.
Can I run the same model with different inputs?
Yes. Each scenario you run is a separate, independent prediction. After viewing your results, click "Run Again (New Payment)" on the results page. Each new scenario is treated as a fresh session. If you hold an active package subscription, all runs are covered — no per-scenario fees apply.
