Payments are processed via M-Pesa (Kenya) or PayPal (international). Kenyan users may pay via either M-Pesa or PayPal; non-Kenyan users pay via PayPal. All sales are final. Refunds may be considered within 7 days for technical failures on our part. Contact support to request a review.
Our expert chat is designed to be anonymous. Do not share personal identifying information (name, phone, email, address) in chat. We reserve the right to filter such content to protect privacy.
InsightFinances shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on predictions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse our services.
